Site visit
We visit you to review your requirements in person. If we have an idea of what you need from the initial call, the machine will already be on the van. We'll demo it on the day if the survey confirms it's right for your site. For larger or more complex requirements, we'll organise a follow-up date to demonstrate the recommendations.
You get a recommendation
A written recommendation back, specific to your site. If a new machine is the right call, we'll show you why. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
What to expect
How long depends on the facility. We walk every area you want cleaned, ask how the team currently does it and what you're trying to achieve, and share examples from similar sites. We learn your business, challenge what doesn't add up, and recommend what you may not have considered.
We turn up with what your time deserves.
We learn what we can before we arrive — what kind of facility, where you want to clean, what's on the floor. We've worked enough sites to understand the common cleaning challenges, so we usually have a sense of what's likely to suit yours, and we come with the kit most likely to fit. But we always survey first; we never assume. If we've called it right, we'll demo on the day. If not — or for more complex cleaning challenges, larger facilities and multi-machine requirements, we'll come back with the right machinery once the survey tells us what's needed. Ultimately we work to ensure that we get every job absolutely perfect with maximum respect for your time.
